1995.....The Board of Trustees appointed a facilities
committee to establish a vision proposal for SACS as the school looked
forward to the new millennium. After a careful study of numerous
options, the Board determined to move the school north.
September 5, 2000.....Once again God made a way and the new 40 acre
campus on Redland Road was born. On this first day of school, the
doors opened to 846 students!
The beauty of the campus, the SACS reputation for quality education,
recognition for high SAT scores, and a new central location have
all brought interest to the school like never before.
Years ago, SACS began in a small room as prayer was lifted up for
a Christian school. This fall, 1030 students walk around a campus
that includes stately oak trees, a prayer garden, tennis courts,
a track and soccer field, a baseball diamond, a softball field, new
gyms, and new buildings filled with students excited about Christian
education.
