SACS History - Chapter One

In the 1960s, a group of godly men and women of Grace Bible Church had a vision to begin a Christian school to train students for works of service. They desired a school where adults as teachers, coaches, counselors, and administrators, would demonstrate to children a passion for Christ and God's people. In 1972, six years after a small beginning, San Antonio Christian Schools was officially established. Since then, SACS has been an independent college preparatory school dedicated to training young men and women to have excellent academic skills and exemplary character founded on a deep faith.
