National Junior Honor Society
Students are nominated by a faculty committee based upon grades and activity involvement to be a member of this national organization.
Student Council
Students are elected to this service organization by their peers.
Emphasis is service to the school community and mission support.
Student Service Corp
Students join this organization to help faculty members with the day-to day general maintenance of the classrooms.
Praise Band
This band is a separate organization from the regular school band.
It is organized to lead praise and worship during chapel.
Tri-M
Band students are nominated to this national honor organization to recognize them for their service to the school, academic achievement, and musical talent.
SACS Middle School supports the organizations listed here enabling our students to give God the glory for their gifts, and to have a place using those gifts to minister to their classmates, faculty, the entire SACS family and the world. These organizations also recognize and honor students for doing the extra ordinary, for going the extra mile and for giving of themselves and their treasure. We think of these organizations as part of our mission as San Antonio Christian Middle School to provide our students a Christ-centered education, preparing them for works of service. |
